Annette has the ability to make valuable connections for people earning her the nickname “Annetwork”. During each session, she lives out her mission of encouraging her clients to step into the freedom that their story told honestly provides hope for others. Her primary coaching focus is to assist her clients in moving toward an emotionally rich life of vulnerability, bravery and security while discovering their unique personal strengths.
Her psycho-spiritual integration methods assist clients in navigating any reality they face. Whether it is assisting clients with psychospiritual integration or addiction recovery coaching, Annette encourages emotional sobriety and healing of dynamic relational trauma. As Birth & Postpartum Doula, she also provides perinatal preparation and integration to help women find transcendence, self-actualization and spiritual development during childbirth and parenthood.
Annette’s eclectic mix of techniques and compassionate listening approaches help her clients no matter their learning style. She pulls from her vast professional background as a teacher, digital marketer, media producer, competitive athlete, actress, performer and more.
