Gracieuse Charles, founder of the Power Coaching Hour is a Certified Life Coach and Mindset Reset Expert, helping men and women around the world redirect their focus towards more positive and powerful thoughts to achieve balance and success.   She believes that you create your own reality, and that it is up to you to choose what you want. Once you know the desires of your heart, then the rest is a piece of cake.

 

Her role as a Guardian and Integration Coach working with sacred plant medicine at Soul Quest has shown her that there is more to life than what we see, feel, hear, touch and taste.  It's important to stay connected to your tribe/community through integration in order to maneuver around the emotions and all that was seen during the experience.  It is her desire to walk with you on your journey before, during and after your healing, to help you answer any questions you may have.
