COACHING POLICIES We are committed to your success and ready to help you create a life you love. We want you to thrive and not just survive. This journey will require a serious commitment to yourself and mutual respect between client and coach. Our policies outlined below foster those things. Emergencies and exceptional circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis. . Scheduling/Cancellation Every session will be scheduled in advance and pre-paid. No shows, reschedule requests, or cancellations received without adequate notice (at least 24 hours) will be charged the total price for the missed session. This is an accountability measure for both parties. Refund Policy Choosing an integration specialist should not be a hasty decision – finding a good fit is essential. Making sure we're a good match is important and will greatly benefit you through your integration process. This is one reason we have assembled the best that Soul Quest can offer in the area of integration. Each specialist is trained and focuses on various areas to assist you in your integration journey. To receive this refund, you must notify the coach or site in writing via email within 24 hours before your one-on-one session. Failure to do so will forfeit your opportunity for a refund. IF you comply, an administration fee of $50 will be charged and the remaining balance refunded.
