Soul Quest Coaching Contract

Personal Coaching Agreement:

This coaching agreement exists between the Soul Quest Integration specialist/coach and __________________, hereinafter called the client.

 

Soul Quest Integration Coaching

 (Process & Methods):

The Soul Quest Integration Coaching provides non-therapeutic psycho-spiritual integrative coaching to clients through various transformational processes specific to each coach, their background, insight, and education. The Soul Quest integration coaches support clients, with transitional and transformational work, before and after their chosen session.

 

Soul Quest Integration Coaching includes

The Soul Quest Integration Coaching group is derived from life-enriching, transformational integration coaching that helps people be true to themselves; the collective philosophy comes from within the client. The one-on-one coaching sessions offered by each specialist/coach may be via phone/video or face-to-face if agreed upon, and ongoing communication via email/text if offered by the individual coach. The Soul Quest integration coaching group makes more options available through new: tips, tools, techniques, teachings focused on personal and professional development, passion, purpose and meaning in life, character building, life skills training, increasing overall performance, satisfaction, and success in life. 

 

Clients are never forced to do something they do not want to do. Clients choose their path, what and how they want things to be.

 

Soul Quest Integration Coaching Disclaimers:

The Soul Quest integration coaching does not replace professional treatment and counseling. Coaching is supplemental support, and the Soul Quest Integration coaching group recommends additional professional help, if required. The coaches do not diagnose, treat, or evaluate mental illness, addiction treatment, or detoxification methods. The Soul Quest Integration coaches on this platform are not responsible for the client’s choice of detoxification, treatment, medicine, safety, health, and sobriety throughout the coaching process. The coach only provides preparation and integration coaching around transformational experiences but is not responsible for these experiences or which tools, practices, and technologies a client chooses. The Soul Quest Integration coaches can provide coaching support via face-to-face at the standard hourly rate while the clients are at a Soul Quest retreat. The Soul Quest integration coaches are not responsible for any matters or experiences relating to another program or clinic. Each coach is a separate business that only provides virtual, in-person coaching services and online courses. The Soul Quest Integration coaching group and this platform does not suggest, advocate, or approve/disapprove of the use of illegal sacred plant medicines, although many people are choosing alternative medicines on their own. This platform is set up for individuals that have been in a ceremony at Soul Quest and trust the individual coaches to coach them. This platform of the highlighted coaches does not guarantee a client’s recovery, healing, abstinence, safety, success in treatment or recovery, or actions in general. 

 

This Platform is not responsible for any negative outcomes and the client is proceeding at their own risk releasing SQNHC of all liability. Except as expressly provided in this agreement, the Coach makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will the Coach be liable to the Client for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Coach under this agreement for all services rendered up until the termination date

 

Informed Consent for Soul Quest Integration Consent Coaching

 

I understand that I have signed up for Integration coaching, which focuses on my goals, holds me accountable to my goals, and helps me achieve my goals.

 

I understand that to achieve my goals, I will have to make changes within my own mindset, character, relationships, lifestyle, and way of being.

 

I understand that to create changes that align with my goals I will have to take action, follow a plan, stay focused, live consciously, and keep practicing.

 

I understand the success of the coaching depends on me. My level of commitment, honesty, responsibility, and ability to apply what I learn will determine my growth and success.

 

 I understand that the coaching process focuses on goals but can reveal blocks and blind spots that prevent goals, which could cause emotional discomfort.

 

I understand the coaching process includes various recovery components and transformational work. This does not take the place of other recovery programs, specifically therapy, available within my community.

 

I understand that coaching is not professional counseling and that my assigned coach is not a licensed professional and will not be providing psychotherapy or counseling, only coaching.

 

I understand that the coaching process is confidential but has limits to confidentiality if I disclose information that has or could potentially harm others or myself.

 

I understand that the Soul Quest Integration Coaches cannot advise me on medical treatment protocols, prescription medications or which plant medicines to take, or what centers to check into. I am responsible for any treatments, medicines, and technologies I incorporate.

SQNHC Coaching Commitment:

 

• Will honor the time that we are together and hold your confidences.

• Will not judge you and will respect your perceptions of the world.

• Each Coach honors a personal commitment to the client to be impeccable with their word and keep their commitments to you.

 

Terms & Conditions:
 

The coaches on this platform are paid through the SQNHC.com coaching platform that contracts directly with clients. The client agrees to the coaching process, coaching commitments and this client contract. The client and coach agree to the scheduled appointments booked on this platform. Either party can reschedule or cancel with respectable 24-hour notice without charge. Missed sessions not canceled prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% for the amount of the session that was scheduled. Upon signing you are committing to complete the sessions or full program. Although you may stop your payments and quit early, you may not collect any dues paid previously and no refunds are provided. If you do not respond or cancel your payments, you cannot ask for your money back on any paid dues.

 

The coach may charge for coaching services outside the initial agreement, including coaching sessions with family members or third parties, family meetings for contracting and mediations, helping clients find additional treatment and recovery programs, creating specialized coaching programs or assignments, researching or reviewing information, writing letters of reference, reviewing/revising resumes, travel expenses, printing expenses, or any other agreed-upon expenses/services on behalf of the client. Additional services to be charged will be communicated before the services are provided. Any extra coaching time past the 55-minute session may be billed and charged in 15-minute increments.

Dates & Payment:
 

The client has been gifted a session with the option to purchase additional coaching under this same contract. Payments are due prior to any additional coaching sessions/services to be provided. Refunds are not provided for services or payments that have already been processed.

Individual sessions must be used on the scheduled date and a package of sessions must be used within 3 months of purchasing. The agreement begins on the date of the first payment and stands for the duration of coaching services with the scheduled coach.

 

Limitation of Liability 
 

IN NO EVENT SHALL SOUL QUEST NATURAL HEALING CENTER OR THE SKAPA GROUP, LLC BE LIABLE TO CLIENT FOR ANY SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT. 

 

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Coach. The Coach, The Skapa Group, LLC and Soul Quest Natural Healing Center, LLC shall not be held responsible and shall remain blameless for any adverse or other consequences, including but not limited to financial, personal, employment or other losses, arising out of decisions or actions the Client may make as a result of the Services provided.
